Grambeira White

The 2017 harvest maintains the characteristic aromatic profile of previous harvests, being that in this year its mature tropical aromas stand out. Structured, with a citric and mineralized end flavor make it a very fresh wine with a persistent flavor. All in all, a very complete wine with all the characteristics that make a great white wine.

Winemaking

• Transportation in small boxes of 20 Kg,

• Without stripping the grape from the bunch,

• Decantation in cold for 48 hours,

• Fermentation carried out in stainless steel with controlled temperature

Grambeira Red

The 2015 harvest presents a very good color concentration, a vivid aromatic component resembling ripe red fruits and jams, with some smoked and coffee notes. In the mouth it is velvety and structured, with a successful blend with wood. In the end has a persistent finish, maintaining its characteristic bouquet.

• 11 months aging in casks,

• 8 months maturation in bottle before commercialization

This harvest presents a very attractive aromatic component, with red fruit (cherry) emerging. There’s good color concentration, with some notes of smoke and wood. In the mouth it is balanced and structured, making it elegant with a persistent finish.

Val pedro 2014

The 2014 harvest presents a ripe berries bouquet (mulberry, others), associated with some vanilla which makes it very attractive. In the mouth prevails the Grambeira wines aromatic profile along with a slight increase on wood. Supple wine with enough body, it presents a persistent aftertaste.
